We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Biller/Contract Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing billing invoices, maintaining accurate records of contracts and agreements, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and submit billing invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor and track payments to ensure timely collection
- Review and confirm accuracy of billing information
- Maintain detailed records of contracts and agreements
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and contract details
- Assist in month-end financial reporting processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in billing, contract management, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with billing software and contract management systems is a plus
