Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective strategies to capture new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets and revenue objectives.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, including setting performance goals, coaching, and providing ongoing feedback and support.
3. Identify potential new markets, clients, and sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas of improvement and market potential.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
6. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales and promotional campaigns, as well as sales collateral and materials.
7. Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products and services.
8. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management and stakeholders.
9. Ensure that all sales activities, processes, and documentation meet company standards and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
9. Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
10. Ability to travel, if required.
